If you installed We-Blocker and need to remove it to change proxy settings or for whatever reason, heres how (You'll need the Parent's password to complete this):

From the Windows    button, goto Programs and find WeWeb. In the WeWeb Folder select Weblocker Uninstall


That will start the uninstall process.
You will get a confirmation message to uninstall

And a Confirmation message when it has been uninstalled.
