After installing, you can navigate to the program icon by going to:

Start
Programs
Eudora Light
click on the "Eudora Light" Icon:

If installed from the CD, the opening screen should be as below with the auto configure icon highlighted. Grab the scroll bar and drag it up to the top, or use the up arrow on your keyboard to go to the top.
