Following are the instructions to configure Netscape Navigator to use with your Family's Choice POP3 email account.

1. Start Netscape
Double-click the  Navigator Icon to start Netscape

2. Goto to Messenger
Start Netscapes Email Program called "Messenger" by going to Communicator, and Selecting "Messenger"

3. Open Preferences
In Messenger, goto Edit, Preferences

4. Set the Mail Servers
Under "Mail & Newsgroups" Select Mail Servers.

Outgoing
On the right in the middle where it says "Outgoing Mail Server"
next to where it says" Outgoing mail "(SMTP) server: enter your server address.

If your email address ends in @fccom.net your server address is mail.safepages.com
If you have a Special Editon account,  your server address is mail.fcnet.net

Incoming
On the right, above outgoing where it  says "Incoming Mail Server", if there are no entries there, click Add;  if there is an entry there, click Edit

Incoming mail server is: mail.fccom.net
(if your email ends in @fccom.net)

or mail.fcnet.net 
(if you have a Special Edition account)

The server type is POP3
Username is  your login name WITHOUT any suffixes (no @fcXXXX)
Select the options below that as you desire.

5. Identifying yourself
On the Left side under "Mail and Newsgroups" click "Identity".
Under "Your Name" enter your name as you want people to see it when they get an email from you. That could by your first name, last name; or first inital, last name; or a name for the entire family such as "The Smiths"

Under email address enter your email address, which ends in either @fccom.net or @fcnet.net

Click Okay at the bottom.

Done!

You should now be able to get your email by clicking the "Get Msg" button", and start a new message by clicking the "New Msg" button.
