Site Review Request Submit a Site to be Blocked or Unblocked

If you would to submit a site for us to review to be blocked or unblocked, please enter the information below.
Note: Family's Choice provides content filtering through a number of methods, and we do not always have direct control over the filter on your account - it may go through a content filter provider with which we have made arrangements. We will review the site within a 24 hours and submit the site to the appropriate filter provider to be blocked or unblocked if we do not have direct control of the filter in question. If the site must be submitted to a content filter provider, it could be 2 weeks or more before the request is processed.  If you need access to a site quicker than that, you may contact customer support to be put on a different filter that will allow you access to the site (if it is not a site we are blocking).
