2. The connection dialog box should appear:

3. Enter your username and password.
Notes:
Except for Special Edition accounts,
Your username  ends in @fcsafe; @fcopen or @loginname.net
If you don't know which, see the documentation that came with your
signup kit or contact Customer support.
The Password is case sensitive - generally it is all lower case.
Make sure the phone number shows your local dial in number

4. Press the connect Button
Once connected, you will get a Connection notice like this:


and in the bottom right hand corner of your PC (called the System Tray or Systray for short)
you will have two PC's that look connected like the ones in this picture next to the time:

If you don't have the little PC's in the systray, you are not connected

Once connected, Start or to browse the Web.
